Wild Willy's Game Changer

This Wild Game seasoning works great with any wild game from deer to goose.   Season your game on both sides- drop in a Ziplock or vac seal --put in the fridge for at least 6 hours- take out.  Let it get to room temp- grill it, smoke it, fry it- whatever you wish, but only cook to 130ish.  

Ingredients: Kosher Salt, Spices, White Sugar, Brown Sugar, Garlic, Onion, Ground Mustard, Celery Seed, and Oregano
