The Phoenix is the new ultimate Roper, Cowboy hard using pad. It is made just like the Western Deluxe Legacy but with and additional 1/8" to the lining making it 1/4". The additional 1/8" ties in just above the support bar leaving the spine area as it always has been. The support bar is rounded slightly at the back and beveled along the edge for and updated appearance.
