The Bob Avila Training Collection offers several mouthpieces to choose from.

• Correction: The three piece correction mouthpiece with sweet iron adds mild palate pressure to encourage the horse to break at the poll; allowing correction without creating intimidation. This bit has a pinch-free mouth piece design on a classic style shank. 
• Snaffle: Affects the horse by applying pressure on the tongue, bars and the corners of the mouth. The O-rings and mouthpiece give horsemen more control and poll pressure. Well designed for all disciplines and any level of horse. The single-jointed mouthpiece is legal in the show ring. Mouth 5 1/4”, Rings 3”.
• Shank Snaffle: Smooth tapered, sweet iron snaffle mouthpiece built on a well balanced classic cheek shank with a pinch-free design. Great for tuning up a seasoned horse or providing the ideal transition for a young horse. 
• Dog Bone Roller: Classic style shank with copper inlayed, smooth snaffle mouthpiece made of sweet iron including the dog bone center, which has a copper roller. For experienced hands that understand distribution of bit pressure. It breaks over and pivots on the bars creating more concentrated pressure. Creates greater lateral flexion and correction with ease. 
• Straight Roller: Roller jointed sweet iron mouthpiece and pinch-free design make this ideal for medium control. This mouthpiece is one of the least severe snaffles. The limited movement in the mouthpiece prevents excess pressure on the outside bars and lips, while the roller applies light pressure to the tongue for a soft feel.
