Returns/Exchanges

If you purchase a product you would like to return, you will receive a store credit equal to your purchase or the option to exchange for a different product. No cash refunds. Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Clothing must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Clearance clothing is non-returnable unless we have the size you need in stock of the same piece of clothing. Please contact us before you ship your item back so that we can hold the size for you. We offer the sale/clearance clothing at a significant discount to make room for new arrivals so if it doesn’t work for you, maybe it will work for a friend. Thank you for understanding.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.* Bits that have been used are NOT eligible for a return or exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (packing slip, invoice, etc.)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

*There are certain situations where only partial store credit is granted (if applicable)
- Saddle with signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Returns for Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and instructions on how to use your store credit. If you are approved, your store credit will be processed within 7 days.

Please include your original packing slip in the box. Once we have received your item, we will email you an invoice for the shipping costs on the item we are shipping back to you. If you are exchanging clothing, please contact us before you ship your item back so that we can hold the size for you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive your store credit, the cost of shipping on your original order will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
